Obituary of May Drayton

May L. Drayton, 62, of Union, N.J., passed away at Morristown Medical Center on March 23, 2018. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's Church, 767 Prospect Street, Maplewood, N.J., on Tuesday, April 3, at 1 p.m. Interment is in Fairmount Cemetery, Newark, N.J. Visiting hours are on Tuesday from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at St. Joseph's Church. Arrangements are by The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, Maplewood. Born in Hampton, S.C., May had lived in Union for 18 years. She worked for 16 years as a teacher's assistant for the Bergen County Regional Schools. She was also a faithful member of St. Joseph's Church. She is survived by her devoted daughter, L'Oreal Drayton; and siblings, Mahalia Montgomery, Shirley Ann Brice, Cynthia, John and James Drayton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
