Obituary of Walter J. Heller

HELLER - On Friday, July 7, 2006, Walter J. Heller of Maplewood, beloved husband of Helene Aubin Heller, devoted father of Victoria Johnson and Julie Heller, dear brother of Jeanne Tarantino, John Coombs and Lucie Patterson. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 217 Prospect St., South Orange, on Wednesday, July 12, at 10:30 a.m. Visitation will be held at The JACOB A. Heller, 69, of Maplewood will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Our Lady of Sorrows Church, South Orange. Arrangements are by the Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, Maplewood. Mr. Heller, who died Friday at home, was president of the Walter J. Heller Insurance Agency, Maplewood, since 1986. He served in the Army during the late 1950s. A member of the Scale Model Enthusiasts, Wayne, and the Museum Class Modeler, he also was past president of the New Jersey International Plastic Modelers Society. Born in Jersey City, he lived in Maplewood for 32 years. Surviving are his wife, Helen; daughters, Victoria Johnson and Julie Heller; sisters, Jeanne Tarantino and Lucie Patterson, and a brother, John Coombs.
