My most sincerest and deepest sympathy to Kevin's family and to all who love him. Kevin always made sure to have me know that he loved me, I just hope to have done the same. I know many who love kevin feel angry and upset about how life was for him the last 6 months and wonder why did God keep him around just to take him anyway. But, I always tried to see it as a gift from God for more time to spend with him, an opportunity for me to get to know him better. I learned more about him, his family and his life in the last 6 months than in the last 10 years. I hope he knows how much I loved him and that I was by his side and tried to be a comfort to him whenever he needed me. I hope he knew that just because we were half brother and sister and did not grow up together that it did not represent our love for one another. I love him wholeheartedly as "my brother", and always wanted him to know that. Kevin, without any doubt, you will be in my heart and sadly missed every moment of my life. I am honored to have you as my brother and to have gotten to know you!
