Obituary of Joan L. Pisauro

Mrs. Joan L. Schwab Pisauro, 71, of Union died on Monday, Oct. 22, 2007, at Overlook Hospital, Summit. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, 2122 Millburn Ave., Maplewood, on Thursday at 11:15 a.m. Entombment is in Hollywood Memorial Park, Union. Born in Newark, Mrs. Pisauro lived in Union for seven years. She was a supervisor of central services at Coopers and Lybrand in Parsippany for 23 years before retiring in 1993. She was a past president of the Newark Ladies 21 Club and the PPO Does Essex Drove No. 251 of Livingston, and a member of the Newark/Bloomfield Elks. She was the beloved wife of the late Victor (Vito) Pisauro; devoted mother of Katherine and her husband, Allen Moretti, Victor, and James and his wife, Karen Pisauro; dear sister of Alice Bode, and also survived by by three grandchildren, Erin, Jacob and Michael.
