I had the honor of working with Mr. Frank at The Mall at Short Hills (I was the receptionist 1991-1992). Mr. Frank was always smiling, a gentleman with a terrific sense of humor! My prayers and condolences go out to his family.

Sally Stark informed me of Ralph's passing. My mother, Mary Jane Higbee Kepler was related to Ralph as her mother was Julia Frank Higbee - Ralph's sister. Julia died many, many years ago and is buried in Webster City, IA. She and her other brother, Arthur, (who also died many years ago) owned Frank Brother's Clothing Store in Webster City. My mother, Mary, is alive and well at the age of 84. She lives and continues to work full time in Las Vegas. We certainly send our deepest sympathy. Kathie
