As I hung up the phone, just now, after visiting with Pat and Bud, I feel a sadness in my heart. I am truly grateful for having been a part of the Fagan family, especially during those teen age years in New Jersey, both at the shore and when they moved to Short Hills. Mrs. Fagan's patience, tolerance and love for me made me feel very special. I feel fortunate that she was my second Mom. She raised three great sons, whom I love as brothers. My prayers are with her and the family and friends that she leaves behind.

Dear Jim, Pat and Bud, Please accept our condolences. I was saddened to hear of your mother's passing. Although it's been quite some time I still remember how she treated all who entered her home.
