Obituary of Joan M. Robertson

JOAN DALEY ROBERTSON AGE: 80 FORMERLY OF SOUTH ORANGE Joan Daley Robertson, 80, formerly of South Orange, died at home Sunday, April 25, 2010 after a long illness. A graduate of Columbia High School and a world traveler, she traveled extensively with her Aunt, Margaret, cousin, Rita, and lifelong friend, Rose Marie. She retired from Shanley and Fischer Attorneys, Morristown as Comptroller in 1987 and moved to Margate with her beloved husband of 38 years, Richard and her Labrador retriever, Charlie. Joan loved animals and always had a pet dog or cat. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from Preston Funeral Home, 153 South Orange Ave., South Orange on Wed. April 28th at 10:00 AM thence to Our Lady Of Sorrows Church, South Orange where a Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery, Morristown. In lieu of flowers, a contribution to NJSPCA, 1119 Livingston Ave., New Brunswick, NJ, 08901, would be appreciated.
