My memories of Aunt Tesse are from my early years and then from a re-union of sorts after my father death ( Aunt Tesse’s brother). I remember visiting her house in Milburn with all four sons. We all enjoyed running around the yard often on a hot day with Aunt Tesse ready with cold lemonade in the kitchen. Meeting her again after many years I was always stuck by her smile and her positive happy outlook on life. She always greeted a person warmly, even after a lapse of time as if you where just by the house the day before. I believe she was a very content and happy person through-out her life. She loved her family and there was no question that they were endlessly devoted to her. A wonderful person has moved on to a new place where she will no doubt be meet with many smiles to welcome her as she did so many others in her life.

Some of my favorite summertime childhood memories revolved around the visits of Aunt Tess and Uncle Doug and my "New Jersey" cousins coming to Georgia. It was always so much fun to see them. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and all who were close to her. Praying for God's comfort and strength as you go through this time and in the days ahead. Love to you all.
