Obituary of Janice Tighe

Janice Tighe, 85, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday June 7, 2019.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St. Rose of Lima Church, 50 Short Hills Ave., Short Hills, N.J., on Wednesday, June 12, at 11:15 a.m. Visitation will be at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, 2122 Millburn Ave., Maplewood, N.J., on Tuesday from 3 to 7 p.m.
Janice grew up in Maplewood and was a longtime resident of Millburn and Springfield, N.J. She was a secretary for St. Rose of Lima Church from 1972 until she retired in 2004.
Janice was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Estel (Collins) Dowd, and her sister, Doris Moore. She is survived by her two sons, Kevin (Suzette) and Steven (Laurie) Tighe; 13 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
