Obituary of Patricia J Quillen

Patricia J. Beatty Quillen, 72, of Maplewood, N.J., passed away on Friday, April 7, 2017, at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Newark, N.J. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 11, at 7:30 p.m. A visitation will be held from 5 to 7:30 p.m. prior to the service. Born in East Orange, N.J., Mrs. Quillen graduated from East Orange High School in 1962. She resided in Maplewood since 1977, and was an office manager for Carl Quillen Plastic Surgery Practice in Maplewood from 1978 until her retirement in 2008. Mrs. Quillen enjoyed her summers with her family at their Loveladies, Long Beach Island, N.J., shore home for nearly the past 20 years. She was the beloved wife of Carl G. Quillen M.D.; devoted mother of Carl G. Jr. and Emily Quillen and her fiance, Jaime White; loving grandmother of William, Abigale and Thomas Quillen, and dear sister of John and Michael Beatty, Mary Kreideweis, Betty Ann Coyle, and the late Robert Beatty. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Frederick B. Cohen Comprehensive Cancer and Blood Disorders Center at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center would be appreciated.
