Obituary of Antonietta Mazza

Antonietta Mazza (nee DiGiovanni) 87 of Maplewood passed away at home surrounded by her family on July 26, 2019. Antonietta was born in Pratola, Serra, Italy, she moved to the United States in 1966 and has lived in Maplewood for the past 47 years. She worked at Durkees Foods in Union in the food packaging dept. from 1975- 1994. Antonietta was famous for her wonderful homemade lasagna and fusilli that her family all enjoyed. Antonietta was predeceased by her brother Ferdinando DiGiovanni. She is survived by her husband of over 60 years Sabato  Mazza; children Antoinette  DePalma (Antonio) and Anthony Mazza (Christine Tiritilli), siblings Concetta  Polcaro and Elena  Magliaro; grandchildren Daniela, Diana and Luke and great granddaughter Olivia.
