Obituary of Nancy Catherine Sullivan

Nancy C. Sullivan, 58, of South Orange, N.J., passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, surrounded by her family.

She was born on Feb. 11, 1961 in Orange, N.J., to John and Mary Ann (Holl) Sullivan. She was a graduate of Seton Hall University and received her master's in computer programming at Syracuse University.

She worked as a Unix systems administrator at the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of NJ from 1999 until she retired in 2013. Prior to joining the US Bankruptcy Court, Nancy was with the US Attorney’s Office for the District of NJ since 1991.

Nancy was the beloved daughter of John and Mary Ann; sister of Maryann, Christine, John Jr., Eileen, Karen, Edward, Jennifer, Michael, and Grace; and the loving aunt of many nephews and nieces.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 217 Prospect St., South Orange, N.J., on Wednesday, Aug. 7, at 10:30 a.m. Arrangements are by Preston Funeral Home in South Orange, N.J.
