It is with a heavy heart that I offer my condolences to his wife MaryLou and his three sons and daughter-in-laws and his four grandchildren and his parents Ted and Berne Alter and extended family and friends. The news of his passing was unexpected and a total shock. After my mom died I lived with Robert and his parents for two years. He was 7 at the time and I considered him like a younger brother. I remember hearing him practice his guitar when he took a few lessons. It didn’t take long for everyone to realize his real interest was in sports. I pray that his family will find comfort in the knowledge that God in His infinite wisdom, grants His children peace. May you Rest In Peace and watch over your family from Heaven as I know you will be there in spirit at all the important moments of their lives.
