Obituary of Gale P. McArthur

Gale P. McArthur, 67, of Ocean Township, N.J., formerly of South Orange, N.J., passed away at Jersey Shore Medical Center on Nov. 3, 2019.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at Preston Funeral Home, 153 South Orange Ave., South Orange, on Friday, Nov. 8, at 10:30 a.m. followed by an interment at Fairview Cemetery, Westfield, N.J. Gale was born in Glen Ridge, N.J., and lived in South Orange for many years before moving to Ocean, N.J., two years ago. She worked as a secretary for over 30 years at the East Orange Veterans Hospital before retiring in 2012.
Gale was predeceased by her parents, Clarence W. and Josephine R. McArthur, and her brother, Wayne D. McArthur. She is survived by her niece, Michele McArthur Catejo, and her husband, Ivan, and sister-in-law, Gabriella McArthur.
