Barbara   MacLaughlin (nee Verducci), 76 of Union passed away at Overlook Hospital on November 27, 2019.  Visitation will be held at Preston Funeral Home 153 South Orange Ave, South Orange on Sunday from 2-6 PM followed by a prayer service at 6 PM. Burial of ashes will take place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, E. Hanover on Tuesday December 3rd, at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers donations to Susan G. Komen 5005 LBJ Freeway Suite 526 Dallas, TX 75244 or www.Komen.org  would be appreciated.

Barbara was born in Orange and lived in Maplewood for over 40 years before moving to Union last year. She worked in the box office at Paper Mill Playhouse for many years and volunteered at Overlook Hospital Gift Shop. She was a member of the Union Seniors. Barbara was part of the “ Church Street Girls”.

 Barbara was predeceased by her husband  Richard  MacLaughlin. She is survived by her sons  Scott and Stephen MacLaughlin, a sister Mary Ann Asadorian, nephew Gary Asadorian, Jr. and niece Laura Danielsen who loving referred to her as  “Aunt Bobbie”
