Alice Mary Moore, 90, of Newark passed away at home on April 17, 2020. Alice was a lifelong resident of Newark.

Alice was deeply dedicated to her work at the Pierre Toussaint Food Pantry, which is the parish outreach for people facing food insecurity. In recognition of her commitment to the church, the Newark Abbey garden and its new statue of Our Lady were blessed in her honor in June 2019. Aside from the parish, Alice supported many charities and other Catholic faith based organizations.
