Dan (known to many of us as “Beans”) was a great friend and someone I could always call if I was in a bind. I will forever miss his jokes, his laugh, and his infectious smile. He was a big teddy bear with a good heart. And I will always treasure the memories I had with him. My prayers and condolences to his family. Taken from us way too soon ... but he will never be forgotten... I miss you Beanie.

I am so saddened by the passing of Daniel. I have known him since he was ten years old and have loved sharing many Christmas and Thanksgiving holidays over the years. Sometimes he would play or sing something for us or read something he had written. We would talk about his plans for the future and how he would take on bigger and more challenging positions as a chef sometimes working six or seven days a week in twelve hour shifts. I will miss seeing his broad and beautiful smile as he would lean down and give me a big hug hello. I remember one holiday visit where after he had said goodby a while earlier, Barb and I walked into the kitchen and spelled out in alphabet letters on the refrigerator was “I love you mom”. My deepest sympathy goes out to his loving mother, family and friends. Patricia McMahon

Remembering some happy times with Daniel. Was so proud of his accomplishments as a chef. Also he was a wonderful singer and guitarist. My deepest sympathy. He has left us far too soon.

I am so sorry that Daniel is no longer with us. Daniel was like a brother to my son Bruce Michael. They met in High School and became close friends. Their friendship spanned over 20 years. I will always remember Dan's beautiful smile. He was older than his young years - a very sensitive soul. We will miss Daniel very much, but we will always have him in our hearts.
