Please accept my condolences as I was saddened to hear that Mr. Townsend had passed away. I will always remember the way he carried himself when I would meet him and how when I needed help he was there for me and my family. His decision to help was potentially life changing. I will never forget what he did for me. My heart goes out to his family during their time of sorrow.
