My sincere condolences to the entire Deehan family. Your mom was a wonderful, loving, beautiful woman. I have many fond memories of her which will last my entire life. She will always be remembered as the matriarch of the Seton Hall Prep wrestling team. Rest In Peace.

We Sisters of Christian Charity remember Rose Marie becoming one of our Companions of Pauline. She radiated much joy along with us as she was officially welcomed into our Scc family at our Motherhouse, Mendham, NJ. She shared our spirit and apostolic zeal found in our Mother Foundress Mother Pauline Von Mallinckrodt whose life she loved to tell others about. The number of times throughout the year we met in our OLS Convent to share thoughts and spirituality of Mother Pauline and Rosemarie beamed as she contributed her many words of wisdom. The Sisters of Christian Charity hold Rose Marie in prayer with her family and we know she received a hug from our Foundress, Mother Pauline Von Mallinckrost.

Mrs. Deehan was one of the moms in the village that raised all of the children. I remember her as a Girl Scout leader showing us in grand detail how to make lasagna and how to rip lettuce rather than cut it. She never seemed too busy to take on another task. I recently saw her with Mrs Degnan preparing the baptismal font at OLS with great ceremony. We were raised in a time when all the other moms were addressed as Mrs. and any one of them would be there to support you and to tell on ya if did something disrespectful. She really was a joy filled soul and I feel we have lost a good one with her departure. The Deehans, Salvantes, Bernards, Gonzalez and DelNegro families are in the prayers of the Pierson clan. RIP Mrs Deehan
