My condolences to the Wiggins family. Walter was a fine gentleman I had the pleasure of meeting at Christ the King church in Hillside. I always enjoyed having a little chat with Walter & Wilma after mass. May he text in peace.

Condolences to the Wiggins Family. Walter was a beautiful soul. He was a co-worker of mine at the Township of Hillside for many years and a friend. I enjoyed the many conversations we had on different topics. He was so knowledgeable and we had some terrific conversations. Rest in peace. Geneva Best
