I just found out about the passing of Jim today. So sad. Jim and I were great friends throughout high school and college at St. Peter's Prep and St. Peter's College. Jim was also a member of my Wedding Party when my wife Carolyn and I were married in 1975. Jim was soft spoken, sincere, kind and selfless. We used to affectionally call him the "Big Teddy Bear." A fun fact is that Jim had a huge collection of sweaters. He taught me that you don't hang sweaters, you fold them and place them in a drawer. Most importantly, Jim was a man of integrity. Unfortunately, after college, friends frequently fall out of touch as our working lives commence, we get married, and our families become the #1 priority. That was certainly the case here. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jim and his family.

Jim and I were classmates throughout high school and college, and sang together in the SPC Glee Club. He and I and Marty Dolan were a “three musketeers” for a couple of years in our early twenties. JIm was a great guy and a lot of fun to be with. I send best wishes and condolences to his loving family. He was a fine man whom we lost too soon.
