So many memories from our childhood and teenage years. Where to begin! From hermit crab escapades to frat parties and all in between. Funny yet frustrating but ultimately a kind and true friend. Seeing you in Dun Loaghaire in 2019, our last meeting, and chatting as if no time had lapsed since we last spoke. Memories and photos I hold dear and probably more so now.
To Owen and Patti and family, thank you for the privilege of knowing Vin and I hold you all in my heart and prayers during this sad and difficult time.
To Vin, know that you are loved, and may your gentle soul rest in peace.
"And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of his hand ".

This is Patrick a.k.a. (Pat-O) when Vincent was not yet able to pronounce my name. Those days were the best, pulling him around the room on his satin white blankie... Cuddling for our Nap after watching "Lost in Space" on T.V.
I remember one instance my Dad took Vincent and Me to see the movie"Revenge of the Pink Panther" We all laughed so hard our bellies ached.
I remember going to L.B.I. and going on the trampolines and always breaking the handle off my brush because I forgot to take it out of my pocket. Vincent, "um Pat you forgot again...."
So many memories.
But Vincent was the cutest baby you would ever want to hold or play with.
I love you, Vincent.... Miss you Cuz

A MESSAGE From IRELAND
Vincent was noble man, coming from a noble family. That is how you we will remember him. And as we struggle for words of comfort, WE are prompted to recall this Irish poem written as words of comfort for family members and friends
Death is nothing at all
I have only slipped away to the next room.
I am I, and you are you.
Whatever we were to each other, That, we still are.
Call me by my old familiar name.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Put no difference into your tone.
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow.
Laugh as we always laughed
at the little jokes, we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me. Pray for me.
Let my name be ever the household word that it always was.
Let it be spoken without effect.
Without the trace of a shadow on it.
Life means all that it ever meant.
It is the same that it ever was.
There is absolute unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
I am but waiting for you.
For an interval.
Somewhere. Very near.
Just around the corner.
All is well.
Owen and Patti, Kelly, Brian and Jimmy the world we live in may seem very sad at this moment. We can only be reminded of what Vincent stood for and to express to our loved ones - our children, our family(close and distant) and our friends (far and wide) that Vincent loved and respected us all.
Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam
(May his soul be on God's right hand)

To Maureen and the McNany family,
I have very fond memories of Vincent from our days at Seton Hall. He was a genuinely good person. Vincent was intelligent, funny and a true gentleman. I think what I remember the most was that he was happy in life. My condolences to his family.

I will always hold a place in my heart tor my dear friend Vincent…..He could be hard to love at times, but I never stopped loving him and never will….A bunch of Grateful Dead Lyrics come to mind when I think of him…Some of them being first “Mama Tried”, And everyone knows she did…A second is “A box of rain” Believe it if you need it if you don’t just pass it on…And one more and there are many , he loved Brent’s song “I will take you home”….To Peter, Madison and Brendan and to the rest of us……I will only Pray and Hope So….Love Dan
