To the family of Otis, I am so very sorry for your loss.
I thought the world of Otis as he was a great person, coworker and friend. I'll miss our daily talks on current events where his sincere caring for others always shined through. I'll miss hearing about the dinners that he and his wife prepared and shared. I'll miss hearing him so proudly speak of his son. I'll miss hearing about the round of golf he enjoyed. How he purchased his son a flat screen TV and hoped to one day get one for his wife and himself. Otis even touched the lives of my wife ad children through his thoughtfulness and generosity. I'll always remember Otis for all of the great things he was and miss him dearly. The world was a better place with him.

My thoughts are with you at this difficult time.
Otis loved life, and he especially loved his family.
I never met a prouder father than Otis.

To the family of Otis Watts:
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
The last time that I saw Otis was right after 911, we had a work conference in Detroit,MI. However, over the years we would speak occassional over the phone, which was usally prompted by some change in company policy. He often spoke of his son. He was so very proud of him. I spoke to Otis just last week. He fussed a little bit, made a joke and said okay, I'll talk to you later. Otis had such a hearty laugh. I will miss his jokes and laughter.

for they shall be comforted".

To the Watts Family:
I met Otis when I began working for AIG in 1990. We became fast friends. He loved to test my knowledge on different subjects and we often shared the celebration our children's birthday parties. Otis was a proud husband and father and he loved his family deeply. He was probably one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever known. He would usually call a couple times of year, at which time we would catch up on family, talk about our work and make plans for the old AIG group to get together. Hearing of his passing is very painful for me. He will be well missed, but we know that God has a perfect plan! Trish and Willie, be encouraged knowing that you were well loved by one of God's best!
