To All The Kelleys,
I am thinking and praying for you at this difficult time. I am sure that Ted will be welcomed to heaven by all the Taffes who went before him. I shall remember him for his sense of humor. My mother always talked so fondly of the wonderful trip to Ireland she had with her cousins.

Ted, It's was great working with you. I will treasure your wisdom, friendship and your never-ending "thank you" for all the things that we (SHRP-IST Team) do for the Scotch Plains Campus. You been so proud of your service (Peace Corps) to the Philippines and your "Tagalog" words and now you are united with our Idol, an Icon of Democaracy - former Philippine President Corazon C. Aquino.
Rest in Peace my friend. You will be missed!

Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the services, but I wanted to share my thoughts about Ted. Ted ALWAYS had a smile and kind word for me and others at UMDNJ, at every meeting or event. I will miss his happy face, clever comments, and jovial attitude. We need more "Teds" in this world. He will be missed.

Dear Kelley family,
The sentiment expressed by Dr. Julie Maillet in her announcement to the University captured what we all felt. While our paths did not cross regularly, when they did the occasion was always pleasant and productive. Ted exuded warmth and joy and a real understanding of the relationship between collegiality and success.

To Dean Kelley's family,
I am truly sorry for your loss. Dean Kelley was a great man and accomplished a lot in my time at SHRP. He always looked out for our wellbeing and how we were doing in our classes. Without a doubt, he had a welcoming smile on his face as he walked down the halls. He will be sorely missed.

To Ted's family, I humbly express my condolences on the loss of your beloved father, sister, or brother, etc. Ted was a person whom I will always hold dear in my heart. Many days when I felt low he would bring a smile to my face. He made me reach deeper where I found strength and wisdom to continue my journey through life. I have retired from SHRP and relocated to SC, but always asked about Ted when I spoke to former co-workers.
Again, my deepest condolences.
