Our dear "Uncle Tony", my Dad's little brother. I have never forgotten how hard you worked me painting those huge homes in Short Hills, and your words "Joseph! More paint on that brush! Mr. DiGiovanni was Scoutmaster of the troop in the 1960's and was a Co-Chairman of the Troop's 25th Anniversary in 1970. In addition to his duties to the troop he also served as the Chairman of the then Orange Mountain Council's (now the Northern NJ Council BSA) Catholic Relationship Committee. The condolences of the Scouts and Scouters of BOY SCOUT Troop 17 are sent to the family of our former Scoutmaster. "...But the real way to get happiness is by giving out happiness to other people. Try and leave this world a little better than you found it and when your turn comes to die, you can die happy in feeling that at any rate you have not wasted your time but have done your best. Aunt Angie, I cannot tell you how sorry I was to hear about Uncle Tony. You both were such a wonderful part of my childhood and I remember coming over your house in Maplewood for coffee and cake and watching the Yanks with him and my Dad.
