Cathy,
I was so happy to see you and Dave this summer on a day when Dave was truly himself. He was an admirable man and you by his side a a very strong companion. I will be saying Mass for him this Palm Sunday. I wish I could be there to see you and the family. He is now with his mom, Aunts Edna and Helen and my Mom, his Dad and the whole family on our side and yours as well. He and Bill Stanford are keeping them entertained once more.

You are the most loving, caring, an strongest person I have ever met. You taught me to never give up fighting. I will look back on the many memories that our family has shared. You will be missed. I love you with all of my heart.

I'll always remember Dave for his courage and tenacity. He fought the "good fight" if ever anyone has, and he gave all of us caregivers faith and strength in his ability and our ability to help him. We won't soon forget this man.

Big Dave was a wonderful person with a great soul. We have nothing but find memories of good times and laughter. He will definitely be missed. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
We hope that in this time of grief you can take a few minutes to celebrate his life and legacy. After all, that's what he would have wanted.

Dearest Cathi, Sister and Friend. If you are sad call -- here, If you are lonely come -- here, If you need strength -- share here. We love you. May all your memories give you a sense of strength during this difficult transitional time. Also, adding a small phrase I thought appropriate. "When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight." Kahlil Gibran. Reflections of David. We have all gained for the better knowing you. Saying good-bye was extremely difficult. After the tears fond memories we retain in our hearts. Dave's endurance and perseverance elicited admiration and amazement as he went these many years without complaint. Dave was genuine, with a strong loyalty to his family. He was a balance of compassion, kindness and humor. A warm hearted friend we would do well to emulate. Peace to you dear David. Love, Jim and Lex
