Keith F. Hamilton, 58, of Maplewood died suddenly on Monday, March 23, 2009 at home. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at Prospect Presbyterian Church, 646 Prospect St., Maplewood, on Friday, March 27, at 10 a.m. Interment is in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Visitation will be held at The Jacob A. Born in Irvington, Mr. Hamilton lived in Maplewood for 25 years. He had been a dispatcher for the Maplewood Police Department since 1999. Mr. Hamilton was a member of the Maplewood FMBA 425 and a former volunteer for the Newark Fire Dept., where he was an auxiliary battalion chief. He was also an avid N.J. Devils fan.
He was the beloved husband of Nancy Semon Hamilton; devoted father of Tammie and Scott Hamilton; dear brother of Carl B. and George Hamilton.
