I had the privilege of working closely with Sharon for six years (NJIT); to call her a good person would be an extreme understatement; she was an amazing woman. She had a heart of gold and was a role model for us all. My heart goes out to her family and to everyone else who loved her and who misses her the way I do. (I love you, Sharon.)

To Shannell and Family: I am so sadden to hear about the passing of Sharon. She has always been a big sister, mentor, and supportive friend for a number of years. It breaks my heart that all of you didn't get more time with her. She was well known, loved and respected by a number of faculty, students, staff,and friends from all over New Jersey.
