Sharon Jackson Williams, 56, passed away at St. Barnabas Medical Center on Friday, March 19, 2010. Born in Princeton, NJ raised in Hightstown, NJ awarded her B.A. from Howard University '76, M.P.A from Rutgers University '81 and her P.H.D from Seton Hall University in '07. Dedicated University Administrator at N.J.I.T, Newark, NJ for 6 years where she was loved by all. Sharon was a devoted mother to her daughter Shannell Nicole Williams. Sharon is survived by, mother, Earthaleen Jackson, the late William G. Jackson, brothers, Lee Charles, Eugene and Dwayne R. Jackson and 6 nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Preston Funeral Home, 153 South Orange Ave, South Orange on Saturday, March 27th at 9:30AM. Interment Fairview Cemetery, Westfield. Visitation will be held on Friday, 6:00 - 9:00 PM.
