Dear Phyllis and Peter,
I was saddened to read about the passing of your father. He and your mother were very good friends of my family. I will never forget their kindnesses, especially to my grandmother. Did you know that your dad visited my grandmother in Roseland every Sunday until her death? She looked forward to his visits and would worry if he missed a Sunday. I have many fond memories of Aunt Nellie and Uncle Morris. They were a part of my extended family for many years. I was unable to attend the wake due to a school meeting, but know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
