When the Sisters of Christian Charity first came to Our Lady of Sorrows Eric was the business manager who saw to it that we had proper housing and what we needed to minister here. Eric made sure that Our Church grounds were so beautiful and fitting to the Presence of God inside our Church. He also grew vegetables to share with the needy and often took care of those challenged in many ways. His outreach was quiet and unassuming. Our Lady of Sorrows was a better place for having Eric serving here. May Eric rest in the peace of God's Love.

I am sorry for your loss. Nothing can prepare us for the loss of a loved one. God’s word the Bible gives us comfort, it provides hope. “There is going to be a resurrection.” (Acts 24:15) God will restore life to those who have died, and they will have the prospect of living forever in paradise on earth. (Psalms 37:29) This is a promise from God, which we can have confidence in because he “cannot lie.” (Titus 1:2) May this hope comfort your grieving hearts.
