At a future date, the Weber family will hold a Memorial Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in South Orange to celebrate Jake’s life as a treasured husband, dad, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.

I’m not sure if you guys remember me. Your sister Anita was my best friend in college. I miss her dearly and think of her often. I googled her name and found this obituary. I am so sorry to hear about your dad and mom as well. I became a special education teacher to honor my friend and now have 20 years of teaching in Moorestown, nj. My thoughts are with you all.
