My wife and I knew Pat from Union Hospital. My wife as a new nurse and myself as a Medical Resident. Pat was always a nice guy, a leader and a calming voice. Always willing to lend a helping hand. Later on in my life I was able and privileged to assist Pat with his health. We extend our sincere condolences and sympathy to Deborah, his children and family. My sincerest condolences to the Scanlon Family. Pat and I started St. Antoninus Grammar School together in 1959 where we both had graduated and also attended St. Benedict's Preparatory School, again graduating together in 1971. I fondly remembered his parents and his brother Michael during my childhood. Pat was a great guy and friend during those years.
